I'm looking for someone to take over a double room with an ensuite in my shared flat. The room is a good-sized double with double bed, two bedside tables, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. The room is in great condition and has floor to ceiling window looking onto a balcony which runs the full length of the apartment.

This is an LGBT-friendly apartment shared with one other person, Dan, who is 30 and works from home. There is a good-sized open-plan living and kitchen area with a full-length balcony overlooking the shared courtyard.

The building has some great amenities including co-working spaces, a decent-sized gym, and regular residents-only free events like games and crafts nights. The building is right on the edge of the city without feeling too busy. It's about five minutes to Exchange Square, eight minutes to Victoria train station, and about ten minutes to Deansgate in the other direction.

Rent is £740pcm and bills come to £159pcm including council tax, water, electric and WiFi.

Looking for an easygoing and friendly working professional who is happy to socialise and be respectful of share space.
