Hi!

I'm looking for a lodger for my 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of MediaCity UK, around 15 minutes by tram from Manchester city centre.

The room is a furnished double with a king-size bed, large double wardrobe and plenty of storage. You'll also have your own en-suite bathroom with a shower. 🛁

The building itself is high-spec, with co-working spaces, a resident library, coffee machine, social areas, a sun terrace and 24/7 concierge. Parcels are securely stored for residents, and the building hosts regular events ranging from cocktail nights to markets and clothing swaps. I also have a cleaner who comes once a week.

A bit about me: I own the flat and would be your flatmate. I'm friendly, easygoing and respectful of people's space, and I've been sharing homes with others for years, so I know how important it is for everyone to feel comfortable in their own home.

One important note: I have two cats. They're very friendly, curious and part of the household, so you'll definitely need to be comfortable living with cats.

Rent is £850 per month, with bills included.
