I’m offering a modern, well-presented double room with a private bathroom in a premium MediaCity development.

During the week it’s just me at the apartment, but I own the place with my partner, Joey, who stays most weekends unless we’re away.

A little about me – I work full-time, enjoy going to the gym, playing tennis and padel, and generally like a chilled, easy-going home. If you’re into any of those too, that’s definitely a bonus!

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wall-mounted Smart TV and a triple wardrobe with plenty of storage. You’ll also have your own modern private bathroom.

The apartment is clean, calm and well looked after. It’s definitely not a party flat – just a relaxed, respectful home where everyone can enjoy their own space.

The building has some great facilities too, including a 24-hour concierge, secure parcel room, co-working spaces and a residents’ lounge with a pool table and table tennis. It’s also just a 2–3 minute walk to the tram, BBC, ITV and all the local bars, restaurants and amenities.

I’m looking for someone who’s tidy, respectful and working full-time, and who values a peaceful home during the week. Someone with similar interests would be a great fit, but the main thing is finding someone who’s easy to live with.
