Shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, pubs etc. Very central, but safe at the same time as well because Media City security are always on site due to BBC, ITV etc. Walking and cycling distance to the city centre. Building is very quiet with no antisocial behaviours in and around, due to its location within Media City. It's very peaceful.

Adjacent to Lowry Shopping Outlet so you'll be in the mall without even leaving the building.

The bathroom in the pic/vid would be all yours as my bedroom is en-suite.

I travel a lot so you'd be on your own in the apartment when I'm travelling. Sometimes i go out the city for overnight stays as well. I'm a full-time working professional myself, work in the nhs.

All entrances are via key fobs, so no outsiders or cold callers. But really the best thing about this apartment is the stunning views. Best waterviews in Media City. Get to see all sorts of nature doing its magic with amazing sunsets, full moons etc. Can share videos of room/apartment including from the balcony. You have waterviews from your bedroom too.
