We have a room available in Sharrow immediately. The room is part furnished and includes the furniture you see pictures.
The room is cosy and comes with a double bed and a couple of other small pieces of furniture. In the day the house is very bright and at night it's lovely and cosy.

Our house is only shared with 2 other people and is very homely with a shared living room, kitchen, dining room & Bathroom. We are looking for similar open-minded people as the others in the house are musicians and lead an active social life so it'd be great to find someone else who fits in nicely.

The price on the small room is £200 a month plus bills. (council tax, gas & electric, water and internet).
Bills are roughly £80 for one person.

The deposit is £200 for the room and the contract would be on a 3-month minimum basis.
