Hi,

I'm looking to fill my spare room and free up some spare money!

I'm 32, working parent (I have my little one 2-3 nights a week)

I'm based in hillsborough with good transport links and not looking to charge a fortune!

The room I have spare is an attic bedroom so a very good size, it's not currently furnished, however this can be discussed within the price if you are interested.

I do have a dog, but she's generally very calm and very friendly.

I'd be looking for £500pcm with all bills included.
