Looking for a 7th housemate to live in Student Accomodation for 12 months from 1 July 2024. Current flatmates will be going into second year, doing a variety of courses.

It's a lovely property on School Road in Crookes which has plenty of space and great people already signed on.
This house has a large separate lounge and a new large fitted dining kitchen. The lounge has three sofas, a coffee table and a TV stand. The spacious kitchen has two hobs, two ovens, two large fridge freezers, washing machine and dryer. The dining area in the kitchen has a large table that seats seven people.
There are seven good sized bedrooms which feature a double or three quarter sized bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and a chair.

The house is in Crookes with The University of Sheffield being a 20 minute walk away.
