hi i’m looking out for someone to take over my tenancy at Hollis Croft (student roost) which is £115 per week for 51weeks (starts around 6th september)

this includes all internet, water, heating and gas facilities and - not to oversell it lol - along with other rlly cool facilities. since its a bronze ensuite + room, this flat will also provide a coffee machine, a washing machine and a rice cooker.

when it comes to the payment you have an option to either pay monthly or in 4 installments :)
