Hi, I’m looking for a student tenancy takeover for my room in a 4 bedroom student house on School Road S10. I am no longer living at the property so the room is available from now until the end of tenancy, 29th June 2026. Location is brilliant - across the road from a convenience store, only a 7 min walk to Goodwin and the Management school, very close to supermarkets located in both Crookes and Crookesmoor and a 17 min walk to the UOS Students Union. The house has a modern and large kitchen, a separate living room, one shared bathroom and a small outdoor area. Current house mates are 2 guys and 1 girl aged 20-21 in their second and third years of study. Hallam or Uni of Sheff students are welcome. The room is one of the attic rooms located on the top floor and has a double bed, a desk and chair and a lots of wardrobe and drawer space. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine in the kitchen. Rent is good value and has been paid until March. Bills are not included in the rent but have been paid up to date so far so can be taken over by new tenant.
