Looking for someone to take over my contract in a lovely flat right by Crookes Valley Park on Harcourt Road. Spread over 2 floors with 3 bathrooms between 5 others, all lovely, sociable 3rd year students at UOS. Tenancy starts 1st july 2026-27 june 2027. Bills are all included with unihomes and the letting agents are Thornsett properties, who are very responsive and helpful (I've lived with them 1 year prior). The flat is clean and modern on the inside with plenty of space in all bedrooms and views of CVP. A really great price for how lovely it is! I can provide more pictures if interested! The other tenants are all very welcoming and love chill nights in, pub trips and nights out together !
