Lovely room in shared house on Industry Street in Walkley. Top floor with great view. Close to all amenities (Asda, eateries like Gerry's Bakery, Freak St Cafe & Asthete, pound shop, cash point, great pubs like the Raven and Blind Monkey and other restaurants etc) and 3 min walk to bus stop. Kelham Island is a 15 min walk down the hill! Crookes 10 mins up the hill. On road parking. Fantastic neighbours with garage opposite. I have my eleven year old son with me 50% of the time. Room comes furnished. There is a brand new double bed and mattress in there (IKEA), a small chest of draws and a sturdy clothes rail. Would prefer a longer let. Wood burner installed for the Winter months and chiminea in the garden for cooler Summer evenings.
