Hi i am looking for 5 professionals to share this lovely house.
The house offers 5 double bedrooms, furnished with small double bed, wardrobe with a mirror, desk , chair and bedside table.
You have two fully tiled shower rooms with toilet and wash basins. Communal area offers sofas to seat 5 with coffee table. Virgin Tv, with new smart tv. With all the apps. Kitchen comes with washing machine, microwave, oven and hob. Basement is free for storage. We also supply a hover, dust pan and brush, mop with bucket.
The house is HMO standard with smoke alarms in every room, and communal areas, emergency lighting, fire blanket and carbon monoxide detector.
South view road is situated in a good area with Sheffield city centre, 20 minutes walk, or 5 minutes drive. You have Tesco 2 minutes walk, bus stop on London road 5 minutes walk. London road offers a wide range of takeaways, pubs and grocery stores which caters for foods from all over the world. Also within walking distance is Ecclesall road which will take around 10min. There you will find 3.6 mile shopping street with a range of restaurants, cocktail bars and a wide variety of shops.
The road offers free parking with no permits required and has a mixture of professional, family’s and students.
I am looking for individuals who will respect everyone in the house and also the house it’s self. Aiming to provide a nice vibe and somewhere you can relax after a hard days work.
