Hi all,

I am moving out mid-term from my room in Prestige Student's Hillside House property and looking for someone to take over my tenancy until the end of the contract in July 2026.

The Room: A double en-suite room in a 6-bed shared flat. There is a communal living room/kitchen-diner with two of all appliances plus a washing machine and dryer. Pics on the ad are from the building company website not my own.

The Building: Hillside House is a purpose-built student accomodation building on the edge of Weston Park that's only a couple of years old. The building has a range of amentities including a gym, study rooms, coffee machine and roof terrace.

The Flatmates: I'm a Master's Landscape Architect looking to move out and that would leave a selection of undergrads from China, India and the UK. Everyone is super lovely, respectful and as clean as you can hope for in a student flat!

The Contract: The tenancy runs until 11th July 2026 at a cost of £487.14 per calendar month, this include all bills and access to the amenitites. The deposit is £100 held in the TDS.

It is a steal of a room in a lovely building and super close to Uni of Sheffield, I'm only moving out due to a change in circumstances.
