I have 2 double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and desks available to rent now. The rooms share a bathroom so it would just be the two of you sharing. The rooms are on the top floor of the house.
The house has a good size kitchen and living room with dining table and outdoor patio space.
Neill road is an ideal place for students and young professionals as there are lots of amenities near by and great public transport.
The current tenants are working full time so they are busy people and are therefore looking for house mates who are tidy, clean and friendly too!
