The house is a 3-bedroom home with a shared living room, bathroom, and a small garden that gets the sun in the afternoon and late evening. There is on-street parking directly outside the house and on the surrounding streets.

The location is ideal for getting around Sheffield, situated between Walkley and Hillsborough. The bus stop is around a 5-minute walk away, and the tram stop, shops, and other local amenities are all within a 5 to 10-minute walk. The Blue and Yellow tram lines run regularly and take around 15 to 20 minutes to reach Sheffield city centre.

I work full-time and occasionally work from home. I have owned the house for the past year and have been gradually doing it up, with a few finishing touches still planned in some areas, particularly the garden later in the summer. As I live in the house, any issues can be dealt with quickly. I am aiming to make it a comfortable, homely place to live rather than somewhere that just feels like a room rental.
