Hi!

I am a sociable 32 year old professional live in landlord, looking for likeminded housemates!

I am a busy professional looking for a tidy and considerate housemate, someone friendly but also independent!

Outside of work I love seeing friends, going out for food and drinks, cooking and food, keeping fit and travelling.

The house is a new build with a modern, high-spec finish. It has a large bathroom, one en suite and a downstairs toilet so there will be no problem queueing!

Bills are included including a cleaner twice per month.

Looking to be ready for housemates to move in from April 2026.

The area is Walkley- plenty of pubs, cafes, gyms and shops close by, close to kelham island and city centre.
