Each bedroom has a small double bed and mattress, desk, bedside table, chest of drawers and a mounted clothes rail. Both bedrooms share a bathroom, as the rest of the tenants have their own ensuite. There is private off-street parking available. Kitchen and living area is shared, also has washing machine and dryer.

Council tax (band D) and wifi is included in bills - flatmates arrange the payments of water, gas and electric bills between themselves.

Excellent location - just a few minutes walk away Broomhill shops, Ecclesall road and Botanical Gardens. Within walking distance of the university, the Royal Hallamshire and the city centre. The flat is within eyesight of the lovely Botanical Gardens, a short walk from Endcliffe Park and 15 min drive to the Peaks. Good transport links from Broomhill and Eccy road

Everyone enjoys a chat when we see eachother and have organised a few pub quizzes trips with the tenants in the other flats. Everyone enjoys a calm, clean and friendly environment.
