Large bedroom with shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. I am looking to move out as soon as possible to continue my studies elsewhere so in need of someone to take over the tenancy!

Current occupiers are clean, tidy and professional. Happy to have a chat with you at any time!

Room will come with bed (that I’ve recently replaced in the past month), bedside table, desk and chair and wardrobe (that I can put back into the room for you) or I’m happy to leave the clothing rail! Optional to have the freezer in the kitchen as the drawers in the fridge freezer are very small. Open to also leaving you the chest of drawers in the bedroom also. Comes with washing machine/dryer so you don’t have to pay for laundry.
