Double room on offer for £603pcm inc. bills available from beginning of February. It comes furnished with a double bed and plenty of storage. The room has a large window so it gets plenty of light. There is a shared toilet and shared bathroom downstairs, a large kitchen featuring a skylight, a study with plenty of desk space, a comfy living room and a small yard. There is also plenty of storage room inside the house and a big shed outside too.

My housemate just moved abroad so looking for someone to take his room. I am a science radio journalist for the BBC who enjoys playing squash and board games, as well as being a big football fan. I also do a running-volunteering club called GoodGym. It’d be great to have a sociable housemate who has some common interests. This is an LGBT+ friendly household.

Pets are very welcome! The house is full of plants, more are also welcome!

The house is really close to City Road and Cardiff University, and is about a 15 minute walk from the City Centre. There is on street parking, some of which is free but I would recommend getting a permit. Deposit is 1 month's rent.
