👥 Who You’ll Be Living With
We are five sociable, easy-going guys aged 20–21 studying a mix of Business, Economics, Bioscience, and Policing at Cardiff Uni and Cardiff Met (Reuben, Theo, Charles, Jack, and Owen). Three of us lived here last year, and two joined this September. We’re good friends who enjoy hanging out, so we’re looking for another sociable male student of a similar age to join the house.

• Bills: Approx. £80 per month per person.
• Deposit: £250 per person.
• Contract: Joint tenancy agreement running until 30 June 2027.
