Im looking for a student who could take over my tenancy, I'm leaving sooner than expected. This room will be free end of May and my contract is until July 17th, but longer stay can be arranged. Bills are included, there's a clean, shared kitchen.

With this room I can leave you a few things like: mattress cover, laundry basket, personal kettle, some dishes and utensils for one person to use.

Rent is 140£ per week with all bills included.
If you move in right away from May, I can pay 2weeks of your stay.

The laundry room is located in its own building. The machines are operated by Circuit Laundry and you can top-up via the Circuit Laundry app.
