Quiet street, open plan living room, small but sunny garden to the rear. I only plan on letting out one room, so it shouldn't feel crowded; the third bedroom I use for storage and there is space in there for you to use too. The house is a mile from the train station and five minutes walk from the local shops. Ideally looking for somebody who leaves fairly early for work - I work nights and that balances well with sleep. That, combined with the fact that my partner has their own place means that you would often have evenings to yourself if you prefer a bit of space.
