Come and rent a room in my beautiful Victorian home on the doorstep of Belle Vue Park! The Royal Gwent Hospital is less than a 10 minute walk through the park from the house making this ideal for anyone working at the hospital.

The M4 is also accessible in about 5 minutes from the house getting to Cardiff in 15 minutes and Bristol in 30-40 minutes.

I have three double rooms available, fully furnished and very recently decorated. The rooms vary in size and are priced to match.

Although I am a live-in-landlord, you will have your own separate kitchen and bathroom facilities and will rarely see me as I live in a separate area of the house.

Rent is inclusive of all bills and includes ultra-fast up to 900mb wifi.

I’m looking for kind, respectful and clean lodgers. I have rented previously myself so know what makes a good home, this is very different to anything else you will find in Newport.
