My 29 year old son returned from university in July and is currently working full time locally and staying with me until he finds a home with his girlfriends this year.. For your privacy, he uses an ensuite bedroom with its own living area.  I have sole use of the lounge at the front of the property and office room where I work from home.  The home has a fabulous large south facing private garden with two patio areas for relaxation . You would have a parking space immediately outside the front of the property on the quiet roadside.  The property is located in a peaceful and respectful area and a stones throw from Beautiful Beechwood Park. Excellent commuting to Bristol/Cardiff and only a couple of miles from Newport a town Centre and the Royal Gwent Hospital and the Grange Hospital is about 10 minutes away by car..
