This is not a typical student house, the place is homely, tidy and quiet with nice neighbours.
Current tenants told me that this year bills have been in the range £50-80 per month per person.
One student is finishing her PhD so she will be leaving towards the end of the summer (moving date may be flexible), the other student is staying for next academic year.
