Hey,

I’m Laura and have a furnished double room available to rent in a large flat on a Mon-Fri basis in Bassett, which is walking distance to both Southampton General Hospital and Southampton University. Also a short distance to Southampton Centre with good transportation links, and easy access to the motorway.

This room includes a newly furnished room with bed, chair, mirror, and built in wardrobe (behind the door!).

You will have full use of the rest of the flat, which includes:
• A shared bathroom with a new shower
• The kitchen with dishwasher, and other kitchen essentials (i. e., airfryer!)
• Living and dining room with Netflix, Amazon and an office space behind the sofa.
• Balcony (although the furniture is currently in the garage!).
• Oh and the pretty empty garage.

About me:
• I’m a friendly 32 year old that works for the NHS in Dorset. I work hybrid, so I am normally WFH 2 x days a week, and in the office for 2 x days.

• I am quite busy weekday evenings with Yoga, Pilates and Netball, plus some (occasional) late office evenings. I also tend to get up for an early morning run a couple of days a week.

• I’ve had a couple of lodgers, have rented a room, and have air bnb’d for work previously, so I want to make sure this feels like a home for you too.

Happy to be flexible on move in day, and if occasional weekends are needed also happy to discuss.
