Hello I am looking for 2 students or young professional FEMALE housemates to live with me in a 3 bed house only 5 minutes walk to University of Southampton highfield campus. It is also a 3 minute walk to the main bus stops and less than a 10 min drive to the hospital. There is a drive with space for 2 cars and on street permit parking.

I am a doctor so may be away on placement at times so am looking for future housemates to be reliable and keep the place clean and tidy if I am away. Basic level of house keeping is expected eg changing light bulbs, defrosting the freezer, etc.

The house has had new doors installed this year and had a new kitchen, bathroom and flooring installed 3 years ago and there is 1 double rooms available. There is a living room, a dining room and all required amenities such as TV, washing machine etc etc

All of my lodgers so far have stayed multiple years which speaks for itself.

No bills will be included.
