Open to professionals and sensible students. I am born in the UK & a professional who works shifts, considerate of others and would expect the same. I will be staying at the rear of the house with my own separate staircase, you will have the front section. Flexible on moving in dates and term.

There is free on road parking available about 100m from the property. I can obtain permit road parking for outside of the house for you, the area is residential and most houses park on the road with no issues :) Less than a 5 minute walk to the common park, close to Bedford Place and Portswood.
