I'm Ben and I'm looking for a housemate to share my house with me in St Denys. I moved to Southampton in March 2022 and I enjoy live music, athletics, cycling and the gym. I go to Saint Mary's church regularly. I'm fairly open minded and non-judgemental.

The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside, drawers and a slim wardrobe. A single bed could be provided instead if you would like more space. I have recently replastered and redecorated the bedroom. The house also has a lounge with TV, dining room, kitchen, one bathroom, shed and a garden with a fire pit and separate rear access for bikes.

Parking is available on-street for free. Riverside Park 5 minutes walk and Portswood High St 10 minutes walk.

I'm looking for a housemate who is clean, tidy and sociable. You will just be living with me (the owner) and I expect my housemate to respect the fact this is my home and be careful about security etc. I work from home 3-4 days a week.

I have a cat called Megs.
Viewings are possible from Monday 24th June.

Prior to moving in, I will need the housemate to sign the license agreement, pay their deposit and provide 2 character references (1 from a previous landlord).
