It's a 6-bedroom house with two shared bathrooms, shared living room and kitchen (see photos). In the Polygon area of Southampton - close to both Southampton Universities and the city centre.

Pricing:
The tenancy begins on July 1st, 2024, and ends June 30th, 2025, with rent at £379 per month per person (no bills), and £471 per month per person with bills (via uni-homes). A guarantor is needed.

Roommates:
You will be living with Solent University students who study creative courses, including fashion design and music technology. We are all LGBTQ+, however this is not a necessity for an additional roommate. Before confirming and contract signing you will be able to meet the flatmates you will live with to see if this feels like the right place for you to live.
