I'm Ben and I'm looking for a housemate to share my house in St Denys. The room is available from 10th February, after my current housemate moves out.

I enjoy live music, athletics, cycling and the gym. I go to Saint Mary's church regularly. I'm fairly open minded and non-judgemental.

The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside, drawers and a slim wardrobe. A single bed could be provided instead if you would like more space. I have recently replastered and redecorated the bedroom, dining room and lounge. The house has a lounge, dining room, kitchen, one bathroom, shed and a garden with a fire pit and separate rear access for bikes.

Parking is available on-street for free. Riverside Park 5 minutes walk. It's just 10 minutes walk to St Denys Train Station and Portswood High Street.

I'm looking for a housemate who is clean, tidy and sociable. I work from home 3-4 days a week.

I have a cat called Charlie. Please can you make sure you like cats before moving in!

Prior to moving in, I will need the housemate to sign the license agreement and pay their deposit.

The deposit would be held in a deposit protection scheme. I have up to date safety certificates for gas and electricity.
