We are three working professionals looking for a tenant to join us in July.

We are offering a good sized room. The house has two bathrooms, spacious lounge and kitchen. It is located very close to the city centre

We are easy going but like to keep the house tidy and in good condition.

We enjoy socialising, going out and watching live sports.

We share a bank account to pay for utilities (Gas, Electricity & water etc), Broadband and council tax.

Council Tax band E

Parking- On street parking but not between 8am-6pm Monday-Saturday unless you have a permit (2 hours free stay but no return on the same day in some parking areas). There is alternative parking on other streets.
