Located in prestigious Basset area. 8min walk to Highfield campus 2 min to Boldrewood campus. Bus stop just outside the flat.

Shared kitchen and bath with white all goods. 1800M bps fibre WiFi.

You will be sharing the flat with two female and a male PhD students. All the flatmates are respectful and helpful. The landlord is very responsive. Most of the issues will not be left overnight.

Most of the former tenants tend to be staying long term, including my three years here. I am relocating due to job.
