Hey!

We have a room thats available from late September, sharing with 1 woman and 1 other man. We’re a quiet relaxed and laid back house that would enjoy sharing with someone that also enjoys peace. Very close to the centre of Southampton and extra close to Lidl! We have 1 student and 1 professional. It would be required that from March 2027 everyone would split council tax so it is fair and even (£30 or so) Bills are not included but come to £93.68. We also use Splitwise to share our house costs for bits n bobs.
