- Students Only: This house is strictly for students, perfect for summer school or pre-sessional courses!
- Storage: The bedroom storage unit will be unavailable as it is reserved for the incoming September tenant.
- Tenancy Period: The room is available from 15th June 2026 to 30th August 2026. I would be happy to cover June's rent if you were to stay for the entire duration.

👥 Housemates
During the summer, you will be sharing the house with two friendly male students. Both are studying Mechanical Engineering (originally from Egypt and Indonesia).
