My en-suite double room is available to sub-let for up to 6 months while I’m away travelling, and I’ll be returning to it afterwards. I’ll clear out all my belongings, so the room will be ready for you with just the furniture included. It’s in a friendly two-person flat share, so you’d only be living with one other person, and the flat is quiet, cosy and relaxed.

Note: The date that the room is available is flexible by 1-2 weeks, if the room is needed earlier (or later) feel free to enquire about that

The Room:

- Double bedroom
- Built-in storage cupboard with lots of space
- Furnished inc. a sit/stand desk (will have to bring your own chair though)
- En-suite with fully enclosed shower

Shared Spaces:

- Comfortable lounge with a 50" flat screen TV
- Balcony accessible from the lounge

Bills & Internet:

- All bills included (electricity, water, council tax, internet etc.)
- 900mbps high-speed internet with Toob, so working from home or streaming is no problem

Location:

- Literally opposite a Lidl
- 5 minute walk to Southampton Common
- 10 minute walk to Bedford place
- 25 minute walk to West Quay or Southampton train station

Parking:
- Parking available in a gated car park + plenty of free on-street parking on the same road

Terms:

- Available for up to 6 months, 3 months minimum
- Looking for someone to move in around 1st December, move-in dates are flexible.
- Lodger licence agreement (not a tenancy): you’d share the flat with a resident landlord (the housemate)
