It is about 5 and 10 minutes’ walk to Highfield and Boldrewood Campus, and 3 minutes to the shopping areas. They will be shared with two Chinese MSc students.

They are ideal for short-term visiting students or academic staff during the summer before signing a long-term rental contract, which normally starts in mid-Sept 2026. PHD and Master's students encouraged.
