The house is close to Southampton hospital (ideal location for student nurses or those working at the hospital) as well as walking distance to gym, local shops and great takeaways nearby. There is also a Marks & Spencer's as well as a local Range Shop with Icelands supermarket a few minutes away too. We have two local parks, one with a beautiful little duck pond and other with tennis and basketball courts.
