Great location between Southampton General and town Centre. 20mins to the train station and 15 to Bedford Place. Also good commuter access via Winchester Rd. House is aimed at young professionals. The room which is available is a large double.

The deposit is protected in the government backed deposit protection scheme and is set at £250.

The housemates are all sociable (mid 20s mixed male and female) and would like to find someone else to fit in. You deal directly with the landlord so all deposits are fully refundable, there are no fees for lease signing, credit checks etc. the landlord manages these at own expense. This house is aimed at young professionals, unfortunately, I cannot rent to couples as my HMO license limits the occupancy to one per room. The critical criteria which has to be met is that the current tenants are comfortable with the person who moves in so please be aware of this when you apply.
