I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy from September at a 5 bedroom house in portswood area, just off Gordon Avenue!

Superb location with good access links to the city centre and the university of Southampton!
Sainsbury’s, Lidl and Aldi are all under a 10 minute walk away, and the Highfield campus is around a 20 minute walk away!

The house consists of 4 other house mates in their 3/4th years of study. Ideally looking for another girl to join the house. All the housemates are super lovely, social and are studying a variety of things.

Room comes with small double bed, desk + chair and wardrobe!
Rent is £535.50 - bills excluded
Tenancy last until the end of June!
