It is 5 minutes walk from the property to Woolston high-street. It is 2-3 minutes to Centenary Quay where there is a coffee shop and bar/restaurant. There is a bus stop at the end of the road with the number 17 bus going into the city centre around every 10 minutes. The journey takes about 20-40 minutes door-to-door depending on traffic.

There is a parking space available for a small car at an additional cost of £25 p. c. m.

Bills are included.

Broadband is not included. You will need to organise your own 5G broadband if you want wi-fi.

First month's rent is free to reflect the fact that there is still a bit of work going on at the property.
