I have two spare rooms that have been freshly painted and are available from today. The first is a large double room with bay windows (converted lounge so bigger than a double) and is tastefully furnished. The other is a single with a lovely view.
We have a large garden and seating area with a view of the Marina and pleanty of free parking. I'm looking for a mature and equally respectful tenant to move in as soon as possible. Available to view anytime as I work from home.
It's a 5 minute walk to the Onestop and bus stop. It's a very safe and quiet area, off the main Peartree road. It has wall-mounted bracket for TV's up to 60 inches, which I am happy to remove if not required. I am a sociable, tidy and respectful flat mate and I hope for the same from the people I share my home with.
This is NOT a party house.
