Hey, we are a group of 5 and we are second years, 3 girls 2 boys. We are looking for a tenant to live with us this coming year. The house is a 6 bed with 2 bathrooms. The house is around a 15 minute walk to solent. To Southampton uni it is a 15 min bike ride.

Rent is £504 a month and that includes utilities. There is a small garden out front, the living room is separate from the kitchen. There are 2 rooms on the ground floor with a toilet, 3 on the middle floor with two bathrooms and there is one room on the top floor.
