I'm looking for someone to take over my room as I'm moving closer to the city for work. I've genuinely loved living here, and it's one of the best places I've stayed in Southampton.
The room is exceptionally spacious and comes fully furnished with matching white furniture, including:

The house itself is well-maintained, quiet, and located on a lovely residential street with virtually no traffic noise. It's the perfect balance of having friendly housemates while still enjoying your own space and privacy.
House features:
• Washer, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Induction hob and microwave
• Spacious shared living room
• Large TV available for all housemates
• Large communal kitchen
• Designated kitchen cabinets/storage space
• Shared household appliances (including air fryers)
• Additional storage space within the house
The current housemates are friendly, considerate, and easy-going. We occasionally chat and socialise, but this is not a party house. It's generally a peaceful and respectful environment, making it ideal for professionals.
Location:
• Approximately 15 minutes' walk to Southampton Central Station
• Quiet residential area
• Convenient access to the city centre, transport links, shops, and amenities
Availability:
• Available from 19 July
• Some flexibility with the move-in date may be possible by mutual agreement
Please note that the tenancy will be arranged through the letting agency, and the official tenancy start date is 19 July. I'm simply helping the agency find a suitable replacement tenant. If you need slight flexibility around moving in, I may be able to accommodate this personally before the official tenancy begins.
