Hi! I’m a student who has this flat secured from July 2, 2026, through July 1, 2027. My ideal scenario is to find a subtenant for the warmer months—specifically July through the end of October, and then February through the end of June—as I plan to reserve the flat for my own use during the winter (November to February). However, if you are reading this and need a place for the entire 12-month tenancy period, please still reach out because I am flexible and open to a full-year arrangement.

This could be a great fit for an exchange student, someone on a short-term placement, or anyone between flats who needs a place for a few months. I’m open to different arrangements and happy to be flexible on dates where possible.

I’d ideally like someone clean, considerate, and easy to live with - basically someone with a fairly normal routine who respects the space.
