I'm looking for a lodger to rent a double room in a 2 bed bungalow, all bills included with off road parking available.
5 minutes walk to the general hospital and bus routes to city centre. I keep the place clean and tidy, enjoy to cook, socialise and I'm happy to share the living space and (very large) garden. I do have a small dog and other pets are welcome apart from cats I'm afraid.
I work around 50 hours a week as a mental health nurse so often out of the house. Feel free to contact to arrange a viewing or ask any questions you may have.
