I am the owner of the flat and live in Manchester renting it out. The existing roommate is a 27yo female with a cat. She is also my friend so is on board to sort anything out while I’m not around! Included in the ad is a photo of myself & Nat.

Rent paid to myself (landlord) will be £475 and Natalia sorts out the bills so this will need to be discussed with her but roughly it should cost £180 each for council tax, water, electricity, broadband. Total amount per month should be ~£650

About the room:
The room is furnished with wardrobe, drawers, bed and a bedside table and has been freshly painted and deep cleaned.
There is space to include a desk & chair if needed although this is not provided within the room currently. Picture attached of how it can look with this when rearranged.
The kitchen, balcony and the bathroom is shared. 1 freezer drawer and multiple kitchen cupboards available for space.
There is a car park right outside and plenty of residential parking all around within 2 mins walk.
There is also shed space out the back if you wanted to keep a bike securely locked away.

The location is next to the M27 for easy motorway access and not far from Southampton general hospital.

The flat is opposite Lidl for convenient shopping and David Lloyd so great for gym lovers! I highly recommend walking the 2 mins over to there for gym, sauna, swim, hot tub…
