Shared bathroom, living area and kitchen. All bill included in the rent (utilities, WiFi, council tax, TV licence). The room has a small double bed and a large wardrobe, I am happy to add extra furniture if required or move the included furniture out.
I am friendly, tidy and quiet. I do enjoy socialising but I also respect other people's space and privacy.
I have two young children who stay around one night per week.
