The property is a detached house with a garden, situated between the university and hospital. Easy walking distance to local shops, university and hospital, and only 40 mins walk/15 mins cycle into the city centre. Please note that, although we have a driveway, there isn’t parking available as we have 2 vehicles already.
The room available is a large double, already furnished with a double bed, desk, chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe. The bathroom will be mainly for sole use, but occasionally shared with visiting guests.
We are a professional couple, one working shifts, one working Monday-Friday. We have 2 dogs and are looking for someone who has experience of owning/looking after dogs and will be happy to help out with occasional dog sitting.
