Looking for a flatmate for my 2 bedroom flat in the north of Southampton.
The is flat 1st floor - 2 bed, 2 bathroom with a kitchen/ living area. There is a dedicated parking space for the lodger and a shared garage for bikes/ storage.

I will travel a lot for work over the next year - so a lodger should be happy to live alone for a large portion of the tenancy. (And to care for the plants in the flat!)

The lodger would have the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

Occasional guests/ overnight visitors are accepted.

Cost includes all bills but any agreement will have a ceiling for gas/electric (the standard charge matching last winter) over which the excess would need to be covered by the lodger.

There is a fixed end date of end August 2027
